Note: "We only sell our products directly via our own eCommerce portal, We do not sell our parts directly on any other secondary eCommerce platform such as, eBay, Amazon etc." 

4. Shipping of Returns:

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong part shipped, item arrived damaged).

5. Refunds:
